Candidatul ideal

‐Experience in dealing with customers, working within an order processing role would be an advantage;
‐University Degree;
‐MS Office knowledge and skills, particularly in Excel;
‐English – Fluent; additional second foreign language would be an advantage;
‐Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) is an advantage;
‐Strong administration skills;
‐Customer focus, detailed oriented;
‐Very good communication skills;
‐Flexible approach to work;
‐Confident in asking questions.

Descrierea jobului


‐Prepares daily reports on orders and sales in the UK & Ireland;
‐Controls credit notes for the customers;
‐Generates specific price lists for each client, updating the discount structure and prices in the Oracle database;
‐Liaises and negotiates with Planning and other departments to achieve customer requests;
‐Advises and updates customers of stock availability via order acknowledgements;
‐Enters customer orders in Oracle;
‐Confirms with the supplier the on-time delivery of the products;
‐Checks the orders for products purchased from third parties by reconfirmation;
‐Tracks order progress to ensure on-time delivery, identifying and communicating issues.
