Provide accurate and timely reports or analysis;
Maintain close collaboration with the team, display high levels of team working, seeking support as needed to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner;
Collaborate with other supply chain related teams, production operations and Lyon hub to serve the customer;
Provide a high caliber of customer support, with well thought out responses and that problems are quickly resolved;
Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and expectations and align these with production or supply chain capability;
Ensure critical customer issues are managed in a speedy and professional manner, swiftly bringing to the attention of your Manager the customers need and actions being taken;
Seek to implement methods of continuous improvement.
University degree in Economics or other similar field;
Experience: minimum 2 years in customer services;
Basic knowledge of supply chain;
Experience and knowledge of a production environment – advantage;
MS Office: Excel and Word medium;
Proficiency in English;
Excellent communication skills;
Customer focused and situational adaptability;
Priority setting and action orientated;
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
