Candidatul ideal


  • Minimum 4 years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing company;
  • Experience of using an ERP/MRP system (such as Oracle/SAP);
  • Detailed knowledge of Romanian GAAP and statutory requirements;
  • Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
  • University degree in Economics;
  • Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel);
  • Fluent level in English;
  • French knowledge is an advantage;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stretching and tight deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Business Unit Support;
  • Champion and track cost reduction initiatives;
  • Reporting - Responsible for preparation of submission of actual results, forecasts, and budgets to Control Techniques Group;
  • Transaction processing – Supervise and oversee the transaction processing required for the Control Techniques Oradea Manufacturing unit;
  • Ensure compliance with Nidec CP&P;
  • Liaise with KMPG and PWC in the annual audit;
  • Participating in the Control Techniques UK Actual Results and statutory reporting activity with responsibility for balance sheet integrity for Trade Debtors, Trade Creditors, and Cash & Bank;
  • International VAT compliance, Intercompany reporting, foreign currency balance sheet revaluations and fix gain and loss analysis;
  • Ensuring compliance of monthly financial transactions to Nidec policy and statutory requirements.
