University degree
1-3 years of experience in an administrative / customer interfacing role;
Fluent in French and English;
MS OFFICE knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);

Job Purpose:

Be in charge of the administrative follow-up for all issues relating to professional training organization from enrolment of participants to invoicing and funding.
Have a permanent contact/relation with the LS training center organization, LS site HR managers, supervisors, trainees, tutors and external training suppliers.
Be in relation with the main authorized national professional training fund organism (ADEFIM) and the accounting department in order to implement financial reports.


Training Administration from enrollment to invoicing, funding, closing and archiving files;
Manage Records on Continuous Training (training plan) and professional Training (professionalization contract and period of professional training) in accordance with French regulations and Laws;
Creation and follow up of training orders purchase, to external training suppliers (Manage the Relation with External Supplier).
IT management of training records in the training software (Neeva software) – plans monitoring and training implementation;
Maintenance of training courses catalog (Neeva software and LS Training Center’s catalog) and training program sheets approved by the Professional Training Manager;
Initialize the long/short time training assessment process for the initiated training using specific software;
Follow-up of training schedules;
Preparation and follow-up of inter-company invoices for LS subsidiaries and invoices for customers;
Establishment and follow-up of various temporary contracts for new comers (Apprenticeship, Professional Contract); relations with national professional organism;
Organization of “Leading to qualification Training” Follow up meetings.
